Meet your South East Boise Property Specialist
Hey there! My name is Aaron Catt; I’m a native of Idaho and the proud father of a 2.473 year old boy and a 3 week old girl and happily married. Some of you know the story some don’t, but either way, you’ll soon find that I love what I do and the people that I get to work for.
Aaron Catt is an experienced agent in Boise and a native Boisean. He has been among one of the most consistent sales professionals in the area and continues to strive to exceed the needs of his clients!
His honest approach is one that is missing among most agents in the industry and he believes that it’s the client who has been the one getting the brunt of a ’sales driven’ culture in our valley.
Aaron offers very comprehensive consultation that begins with helping his clients determine what’s best for them based on their goals: both short term and long term. “This approach really helps my clients remember what is important to them in the midst of the purchase process when things get confusing or overwhelming–its when buyers are in this mindset, thay they are usually taken advantage of by getting ’sold’ on something that doesn’t really help their situation”. “It’s important to me that my clients get to share in the successful aspects of buying a home rather than just making a sale”, Aaron says.
His area of expertise is in Southeast Boise although he’s made sales from Nampa all the way to Gooding! “Southeast Boise has been, and will continue to be one of the best, if not the best area to buy real estate. The homes may be a bit older, but with the close proximity to downtown, the Boise River, the Greenbelt and the Ridge to Rivers Trail system, nothing else seems to compare. It embodies the three most important rules in real estate: location, location, location. The best part is,” Aaron adds, “there is something for every price range!”
You can find some great articles that he’s written on his blog at http://boiserealestatesoup.com and you can even search for Boise MLS listings right there too! Make sure you subscribe to his updates so that you can stay on top of new up and coming projects like the one he’s working on in Bown Crossing; The Riverwalk Collection.

Introducing the Riverwalk Collection at Bown Crossing
Bown Crossing is a mixed-use development in South East Boise built around the way neighborhoods used to be: friendly to foot traffic, close to retail stores and professional services that are locally owned. Bown Crossing is not just another subdivision accessorized with chain store strip malls and corporate retail vendors. It is a well thought out and planned community with a Marketplace, plans for a future Library (next to Riverside Elementary), riparian areas surrounding Single-family custom homes, patio homes and town homes.
One of the greatest appeals of Bown Crossing is its proximity to downtown Boise, the Boise River, the Greenbelt in the foothills. Each one of these plays a large role in the success of the development and offers its residents amenities that can normally be found in the majority of subdivisions being built today.
The Last Chapter of Bown Crossing
The Riverwalk Collection is the last remaining four home sites in Bown Crossing. Bown Crossing has been recognized for high-end custom home sites, high-end patio homes and town homes in this is the first offering of home sites that will appeal to a more affordable class without sacrificing high-end amenities.
O’Neill Enterprises, the same developer who developed River Run, Spring Meadow and Surprise Valley, is developing the project, and The Marrs Company will be building the for homes in the Riverwalk Collection.
For more information on how to get into Bown Crossing, please Aaron Catt at 208.724.7602 or email us directly from this site! Also, keep yourself up to date on the progress at our Facebook Fanpage.
